100 Proof press – Will u be mine?

Hello! Today I have a card using 100 Proof press stamp : mustache stamp! I heart this stamp. It’s so adorable! Do check them out. Here is the blog and the online shop.

Here is the card using paper heart from crate paper! I have created a fun banner using the co-ordinating line. I die cut a heart shape and stamp the mustache. I have die cut 3 heartshape onto the pattern paper and pop them up.

I also create a envelope liner for this envelope. Love the matchy-matchy card, envelope and banner!

LOVE….

Hello It’s Tuesday already and it’s the last day of Jan 2012. How time flies! Don’t you think so? Valentine day is just 14 more days to go! Have you shop for your Valentine day gift? Today I have a card which I made during the weekend. As you can see it’s another Valentine day card which I have embossed the Heart shape onto a white cardstock.

First I mask off the rest of the card and start stamping various stamp set from papertreyink using pure poppy ink. Love the hearts, butterfly and flowers.

Here is up close of the stamped images. Lastly I die cut the Alpha Block and stamp the letter ” L O V E”.

Hello! Today I have a card using 100 Proof press stamp : #3138-N Fancy Heart. I heart this stamp! Do check them out Here is the blog and the online shop.

Here is the card using just plain white cardstock from pti. I have some fun creating some embossing with the alphabet die cut. Love the embossing look! It added some interest to the card. love this effect!

Layered Heartshape card

Hello another heartshape creation from me! I love heartshape especially during Valentine day! I started by die cutting a spellbinder heart die from several pattern papers using the largest heartshape that I have on hand with the scallop heartshape die cut.

This is used by scraps that I have. I have randomly die cut and layer the normal heartshape with the scallop ones alternating one another. In total there are 8 layers of them. And lastly glue a mulberry flower in the middle.

As I mention this card is a heartshape card, it can be open up and write your wordings inside. It can also be customised and let me know what wordings do you want inside the card. For the above card, its stamped “Happy Valentine day”.

This is another layered card using Echo paper – Yours truly. Love the pink, black, grey  and red combo. Is’t it sweet ! I love all the layers of different pattern paper!

For this card, It’s open up vertically and it’s stamped with “Love you forever”.

Lastly this layered heartshape card is made of both black cardstock and red pattern paper from yours truly. The pattern paper stand out from the black cardstock. Love this combination as well!

Cut out for love card

As I have shared on Monday about the heart shape, I thought i will create a card for using that shape. It’s all all about Valentine till Feb 14. It’ around 3 week times! How time flies!

I have this idea of layering several heartshape together. I really love how this turn out! It’s made out of 8 layers of cardstock and pattern paper from Crate paper – Emma Shoppe. What do you think?

Here is a closer look of the layers. I have actually score it into half and line each layer on top of each other. You can actually flip the heartshape up. I added some pattern paper from Echo park to the base card from pti Autumn Rose and die cut some winter berry die cuts.

Make It Monday challenges – Go-To Sentiment Card – Love You!

I am excited that papertreyink has a challenge every week, it’s called Make It Monday!!! I love challenge as you know, it keep the creativity going!! This week challenge is to create a Go-to- sentiment card!! Since it’s Valentine day approaching  and  I love heart shape . It’s the most universal shape to say “I love you” to somesome ya! A very simple and sweet card for a Valentine Day

First I gathered all my sentiment supplies from papertreyink that is LOVE related! Do you know how many sets I have pulled out? I think this is the most different set in one card!! It’s SIX different set – Hearts print, Love lives here, Mega Mixed Messages, Embellishments, Say It with style, fillable frames #11 stamp set. It’s so FUN approach! And I matted it with a scallop heartshape spellbinder die with My mind’s eye – Be Loved collection. I have done up another twine coiled heart shape and topped it up with a matching flower. Do you like it?

A very simple to do card! Try it and you will get hooked like me!!

GS#74 – Love you Xo! every day & every minutes…

Happy Friday blogger friends!! Can you see I have used the same paper line from Be loved by my mind’s eyes… Love this paper I have created this card based on Get Sketchy #74 here:

I am loving this sketch ! Hope you have time to play with this sketch too! Here is my card for valentine day: ” Love you XO every day and every minutes!

Steps to create this card:

1. Cut cream vintage cardstock to 4.25 X 11 and score it half to create your card base
2. Cut a slightly smaller pattern paper about 4 x 5.2 and adhere to cream card base
3. Cut another pattern paper 3 x 3 and round the 4 corners
4. Punch scallop border at both side and adhere a layer on top
5. Cut another pattern paper and paste SRM stickers “love you XO” sentiment
6. Write more sentiment by hand “every day & every minutes”
7. Add glittered stickles red from ranger to X and O
8. Do some 3d heart shape and paste it at the side – one small and one big

As you know I love stamping and to my surprise this card is without any stamp!!! Oh I love the SRM stickers which is clear and so easy to use! Oh Don’t forget about my giveaway here, it will be open till this week. I will annouce the winner on Monday!

IB Sketch#65 – more Valentine Day cards…

Valentine Day is around the corner… SO more valentine cards made based on Inspired Blueprint Sketch #65: Love the doily image

I have made two cards – male and female version I think. As for the above card, its for a male card. It’s more masculine where no flower, no girly stuff. A simple card where I love the sentiment – Life is better with you in it A red heart and some stamp embellishment to finish the card.

A feminine card based on the same color combo with all my favourite girly stuff: pearl string, red heart, felt, doily , ribbon and button! For this card, I have stamp some pattern on the cork sheet. Another simple card

GS#72 – Happy Valentine Day!

Hello TGIF everyone! Today’s Get Sketchy #72 for you t o play with! I have actually made 2 cards using this sketch. I did a very simple card using heart shape which I LOVE most instead of the flower shape. Come and play with us and win  hand crafted belt buckle  sponsored by BMused Etsy shop.

As I said I have made two cards using the sketch above, a red and pink Valentine Day card! What do you think? I used all my red and pink buttons to create these two card. I die cut the window and place on top of the button base.

Here is the up close photo For the red valentine day card – Love you forever, I used the base red cardstock and place red button before I adhere the top cream cardstock and stamp on my sentiment.

Here is the pink valentine day card -  Happy Valentine Day. I decided to do something different and die cut the scallop heart shape and place the regular heart shape inside. It will create a scallop heart shape border. How cute! Love it!
