Thanks for everything… Dad

I can’t help but making another award banner for this card for Father’s Day. :) It’s a smaller embellishment compared to the first one that I have made. This beauty is created using several die cuts & stamp set from 100 proofpress – #5426 P crown and mustache; My Stamp box –  Birthday Number, Papertreyink – star print & pretty ponies sentiment.

This card is echo park – The portrait. As for the banner hanging, I have hand -cut it myself. What do you think of this banner?

This is the side view of the card. I love making my own embellishment which you can co-ordinate with the card on hand.

Have a great weekend.

If you are interested to purchase Father’s Day card, you can find them here at etsy or luulla.

Hello everyone… I have make another Mother day card which I stamp my heart out :) I used the stamp set guideline 2 from papertreyink to stamp onto pink polka dot pattern paper.

In the middle piece, I die cut the button card from papertreyink. And layer to my heart content. There is a pink doily, label from anniversary set from pretty peony, Tag-it#2, scallop circle from beautiful bloom 2 and simply janes and top up with tiny flowers.

Happy Mother’s Day 3-fold card

Hello, this month I am preparing for Mother’s Day theme cards, album & tags :) Do let me know if you have any thing you like me to customise for your mum. A simple card to express the care & concern they have on us. Today I have a card to share using the papertreyink front & center #1 die to create a 3 fold card.

The stamp set that I am using is the pretty peonies papertrey ink anniversary set. I heart the word :Happy on top which I stamp using sweet blush ink against the sweet blush cardstock. And Mother’s day word in side the handle.

If you flip it open, i have stamped severals outline peonies around the word – Mother’s day. Isn’t it so sweet?  I can imagine the different colors of peonies. I stamped and cut a peony and adhere in the center for the stopper of the card to prevent it from opening and keep the card closed.

When you flip the card open completely, this is how the card will look like.

This is the finished card using buttons and heartshape border to embellish the card.

If you are interested to customise this Mother’s day card, do email me at gchia2008@gmail.com.

I stamped the bunny image using aqua mist ink from papertreyink and use glossy accent on them. Love the effect on it. After which I created a frame using oval basic from spellbinders.

I stamp the sentiment – Easter Wishes from mega mixed sentiments from papertreyink. And found some plastic postage frame from my stash.

True Love….

Happy Valentine Day to all! (: Hope you enjoy this day with your love one! Here is a card I created using this sketch from page maps: LOVE the little squares and the hanging heart. If you are out of inspiration, a sketch is the way to go! And also this is inspired by the February color challenge at Crate paper blog.

Here is my card “True Love”. I have die cut several square using the papertreyink – Take 3 die to cut the pattern paper from Paper Heart by Crate pattern paper. And also die cut the papertreyink –  tiny tags to cut out from coaster and stamp on it using pure poppy and light pink from memento ink.

The heart is a chipboard from Maya Road which I misted using Tattered Angel big apple. Use a white pen and put dash around the heart. I punched a hole and tied it with pink sorbet from The Twinery.

Thanks for looking.

Enjoy your day!
