Always Love you…

This card is created for Papertrey Ink 5th Anniversary – 1st Day Contest – is to pick one of the designer’s favorite projects to use as inspiration for your very own creation.  The project can draw from their layout, color scheme, technique or anything else that inspires you. Happy Birthday to Papertreyink! Love their products and wish them many years to come. This card is inspired by Betsy Veldman. I love her stamping style. She is always full of inspiration and love her blog.

I used several set from papertreyink – Say it with Style, Heartprints, Cupcake, Tag-it #11 and Mat Stack 2 collection. And using the pattern paper from Paper Heart Collection by Crate paper. It’s so beautiful line! Love all the pattern paper.

Thanks for looking.

Cut out for love card

As I have shared on Monday about the heart shape, I thought i will create a card for using that shape. It’s all all about Valentine till Feb 14. It’ around 3 week times! How time flies!

I have this idea of layering several heartshape together. I really love how this turn out! It’s made out of 8 layers of cardstock and pattern paper from Crate paper – Emma Shoppe. What do you think?

Here is a closer look of the layers. I have actually score it into half and line each layer on top of each other. You can actually flip the heartshape up. I added some pattern paper from Echo park to the base card from pti Autumn Rose and die cut some winter berry die cuts.

Hope you like the card that I have shared. If you interested in purchasing this card, you can view them here.

Thanks for looking.

SSD91 – Happy Birthday

It’s time again for Tuesday sketch at Skipping Stone Design (SSD).

Here I am show casing 2 sets of skipping stone design stamp sets:  Christmas Swirl and Grunge.Today’s card is purely stamping without any pattern paper. I stamped 3 of the star image from Christmas Swirl and used liquid pearl to line the outer area of the star. And topped it up with several die cut button made from chipboard and felt. I love stacking up my button. Isn’t it so colorful?
And lastly i stamped the sentiment ” Happy Birthday” from Grunge set.
