Hello everyone, I made a mini valentine card which you can flip open up and write your sentiment inside! I really love the color scheme – pink, white, black, red and shocking pink. It’s burst with sweetness that I love! What do you think? I love love love to create a set of 6 different design. Which one do you love most?

Here is the side view of the Mini Valentine card.

Here is the first Mini Valentine card. I love using the scallop circle using shocking pink which make the whole card stand out! I added a ring of circle using pattern paper and die cut a medium and small heartshape.

Here is the second minis: Using the scallop circle using black. I added circle using pattern paper and die cut a medium and small heartshape.

The #3 minis is so sweet. I love the Echo park – yours truly pattern paper using circle as background. For this is the same pattern as the first. But the color scheme using light pink for scallop.

The fourth minis I change the shape from circle to heart shape.

Here to the fifth one: Love the red pokka dot pattern paper as a base and die cut the scallop using black cardstock. Die cut the circle using line pattern paper and a medium and small heart shape.

Lastly the sixth one: Using black and white pattern paper! Love the red scallop against the black. It’s so striking color. Love it.

As the pattern paper is double sided, you can see the inside of the card here. It has a slit under the scallop circle to secure it close so that it can be flipped open.

Here is what the inside look like where you can write your wordings. And flipped it close after you are done.

Sweet color combination for your handicraft need – be it scrap booking, card making, album, gift tags, embellishment etc. Definitely an item you will love as much as I do

Hello It’s Tuesday already and it’s the last day of Jan 2012. How time flies! Don’t you think so? Valentine day is just 14 more days to go! Have you shop for your Valentine day gift? Today I have a card which I made during the weekend. As you can see it’s another Valentine day card which I have embossed the Heart shape onto a white cardstock.

First I mask off the rest of the card and start stamping various stamp set from papertreyink using pure poppy ink. Love the hearts, butterfly and flowers.

Here is up close of the stamped images. Lastly I die cut the Alpha Block and stamp the letter ” L O V E”.

Here is the card using just plain white cardstock from pti. I have some fun creating some embossing with the alphabet die cut. Love the embossing look! It added some interest to the card. love this effect!

Hello another heartshape creation from me! I love heartshape especially during Valentine day! I started by die cutting a spellbinder heart die from several pattern papers using the largest heartshape that I have on hand with the scallop heartshape die cut.

This is used by scraps that I have. I have randomly die cut and layer the normal heartshape with the scallop ones alternating one another. In total there are 8 layers of them. And lastly glue a mulberry flower in the middle.

As I mention this card is a heartshape card, it can be open up and write your wordings inside. It can also be customised and let me know what wordings do you want inside the card. For the above card, its stamped “Happy Valentine day”.

This is another layered card using Echo paper – Yours truly. Love the pink, black, grey  and red combo. Is’t it sweet ! I love all the layers of different pattern paper!

For this card, It’s open up vertically and it’s stamped with “Love you forever”.

Lastly this layered heartshape card is made of both black cardstock and red pattern paper from yours truly. The pattern paper stand out from the black cardstock. Love this combination as well!

As I have shared on Monday about the heart shape, I thought i will create a card for using that shape. It’s all all about Valentine till Feb 14. It’ around 3 week times! How time flies!

I have this idea of layering several heartshape together. I really love how this turn out! It’s made out of 8 layers of cardstock and pattern paper from Crate paper – Emma Shoppe. What do you think?

Here is a closer look of the layers. I have actually score it into half and line each layer on top of each other. You can actually flip the heartshape up. I added some pattern paper from Echo park to the base card from pti Autumn Rose and die cut some winter berry die cuts.

Inspirational Monday will be a series of “Do-it-yourself” tutorial which I will gather and  hope that it will inspired you to create some crafty work! I love to find these and create them. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Firstly, since it’s near Valentine day, its all about heart shape. Do you know how to make origami in heartshape? I love this. I actually created a card out of this here.

How about a heart shape crochet 3D? I never know how to crochet but this is so cute and heart shape is red! I love red for Valentine day!

How about this felt zigzag heart shape? It will be nice in other colors! I would love to have my hand on this one.

Hello It’s Chinese New Year eve today! Wish all Chinese a blessed and prosperous Dragon New Year! Hope you have a good year ahead. I thought I just pop in for a Valentine day card using My Mind’s Eye Love Me collection! I love this pattern paper.  It’s so pretty with pink, red and grey colors.

This is the sketch challenge that they are having in their blog. I love sketch and hence it inspired me to create a card using their lovely collection – Love me.

Love love love this collection! Here is the card “Love You” which I made using several die cuts which I love. A sweet and layered card using different pattern paper from this series.

Some of the stamp set that I used on this card are 100 proofpress – #5426p crown 6 and papertreyink – Say it with Style, and Stampbox – butterfly  .

Hello everyone, I am busy cleaning my house to prepare for the Chinese New Year to come! Sorry I been neglecting this blog of mine. I am purging out those things that I bought and never use. I bought lots of pattern paper! I hope i can put it on sale in this blog. Do check them out!

Today I have a card for you. I am counting down to Valentine day on Feb 14! Everyday I hope to create a card / handmade flowers for sale and post them on facebook. If you like to join and get the latest update from here.

Can you see which stamp does it belong to? I heart this rubber stamp from 100 proofpress called Fancy Heart #3138-N - So sweet! the scallop heart shape! Do stop by the blog and check the other DT! You will see more of it in action in the next few cards that i made. I used the ticket die cut from cardstock and stamp several different ink onto them. Love the gradual pink from light to dark. And stamped the sentiment from pti from favor it weddings stamp set.

Here is the up close of this card. I have stamped one in white cardstock and hand cut it out to pop up in the middle and add a red mulberry flower.
